为深入学习贯彻党的十九届五中全会和省、市委十二届八次全会精神，12月24日下午，市委宣讲团成员、市商务局电子商务科科长、四级调研员汪宝华，在学校图书馆一楼会议室作了题为《发展新业态 逐梦新征程——从党的十九届五中全会看新发展格局下的新业态发展》的宣讲报告。学校党政班子成员及正科级以上干部50多人参加。报告会由学校宣传部部长韦立宏主持。

汪宝华老师围绕学习十九届五中全会精神，省、市委十二届八次全会精神，奋力开启全面建设社会主义现代化新伊春新征程的内容,作了一堂非常精彩的宣讲报告。汪老师的报告从“十九届五中全会的重要意义 ”、“新发展阶段”、 “新发展理念”、“新发展格局”、“党的领导”、“新业态赋能”六个方面对党的十九届五中全会精神进行了全面准确、深入浅出的阐述。汪老师的报告既有理论高度、思想深度，又有很强的针对性、实效性，对参会人员认真领会、准确把握十九届五中全会精神实质具有十分重要的意义。
